After placing your order, you will receive the tracking link via email.

It takes about 24 hours after order confirmation to ship your international and domestic products and 7 to 10 business days to reach your doorstep.

For international and domestic orders, it takes 7 to 10 days to deliver to your location.

The delivery time will vary depending on where you stay. We’ll keep you updated on the order status every step of the way via email. You will receive the order tracking link via email after your order is placed.

Orders cannot be return once placed.

In case of any alterations required we will be happy to do the same for you at a minimal cost. The courier charge from the customer back to us, is to be borne by the customer. We will pay for the courier cost to send the altered outfit back to you.

No returns or exchanges on discounted and customised products.

We do not offer merchandise exchanges on orders shipped internationally. In the unlikely event that any merchandise you have ordered from us is not received in good condition, is damaged or defective, or if merchandise delivered is different from what you had expected, please reach out to us at thebumblebeeclothing@gmail.com within 48 hours of receiving the order.
