Returns & Exchanges Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from The Bumble Bee. If you're not happy with your order, we're here to help.

Return Window

You may return most items within 7 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags attached.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

Items marked as final sale
Customized or personalized items
Intimate apparel and undergarments
Items without original tags or packaging

How to Return

To initiate a return:

Contact our customer service team through our Contact Us page
Provide your order number and reason for return
We'll send you return instructions and a return label (if applicable)
Pack the item securely and ship it back to us

Exchanges

If you'd like to exchange an item for a different size or color, please contact us. We'll process your exchange as quickly as possible, subject to availability.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll process your refund within 5-7 business days. Refunds will be issued to your original payment method. Please note that shipping charges are non-refundable.
