Exchange & Return Policy

7-Day Window

At Bumble Bee, we want you to love every piece you receive. Each garment is thoughtfully designed and carefully checked before it reaches you. However, if your purchase isn't quite right, we're happy to assist with an exchange or return, subject to the terms below.

Exchange or return requests can be raised within 7 days of delivery.

Exchanges

If the issue is from our side, such as receiving a wrong, damaged or defective product, we'll take care of the pickup and reshipping charges.

For size, fit or change-of-mind exchanges, the product will need to be shipped back to us by the customer.

Returns & Credit Notes

We do not offer cash, bank or QR refunds.

For eligible returns, we'll be happy to issue a credit note valid for 3 months from the date of issue. The credit note can be used towards a future purchase from Bumble Bee.

Product Condition

Please ensure the product is unused, unworn and unwashed, with its original packaging intact, when requesting an exchange or return.

Products that do not meet these conditions may not be eligible for an exchange or return.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If you receive a damaged, defective or incorrect product, please reach out to us within 24 hours of delivery with your order details and clear photos or videos showing the issue.

Once the issue has been verified, we'll arrange the pickup and replacement at no additional cost to you.
