Return Window

You may return most items within 7 days of delivery for an exchange or in-store credit. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags attached.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

• Items marked as final sale
• Customized or personalized items
• Intimate apparel and undergarments
• Items without original tags or packaging

How to Return

To initiate a return, follow these steps:

1. Contact our customer service team through our Contact Us page
2. Provide your order number and reason for return
3. We will send you return instructions and a return label if applicable
4. Pack the item securely and ship it back to us

Exchanges

If you would like to exchange an item for a different size or color, please contact us. We will process your exchange as quickly as possible, subject to availability.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund within 5–7 business days. Refunds will be issued to your original payment method.
